All compatible and remanufactured products may be returned within one year of the date of purchase for a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price.
All OEM products (manufactured by Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price. We do not accept returns of opened non-defective OEM products. Otherwise, OEM products may be covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturer's warranty.
If you are not satisfied with the performance of any Sun product, for any reason, we will send you a pre-paid label to return your product so that you don't have to pay for the shipping back. Contact us at 1.800.388.8218 M-F 7am - 4pm PST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a replacement or return.
If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please call us at 1.800.388.8218 or email us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the warehouse address to return it to (returns can't be accepted at our corporate headquarters - they have to be returned to the original warehouse).
You must include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure credit.
Products that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
