Warranty

Should a compatible toner cartridge be found to have caused damage to a printer due to a defect, Sun will reimburse reasonable costs to repair the printer. To be eligible for reimbursement, you must contact Sun Data first, before any service is performed. Reimbursement will occur only after Sun receives back the toner cartridge that damaged the machine along with a written statement from an authorized servicing organization's service representative detailing the problem and cause.

Sun's liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
